The training course meets twice a week over 12 weeks, providing a total of 60 hours of structured instruction. Research shows adult students learn more effectively with 52+ hours of instruction. To accommodate your company’s schedule, class times can be arranged at your convenience, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations while maximizing learning benefits.

Our training course equips participants with the skills and confidence for effective English communication. Tailored to your company’s needs, it covers both work-related and conversational English, enhancing clarity, collaboration, and confidence in the workplace.

To maximize learning, participants should arrive on time and avoid absences. By following monthly targets and fully immersing themselves in the language, they will accelerate their progress and achieve better results. 

Online course participants must download Microsoft Teams and have access to a computer and the internet. 

Our experienced instructors specialize in teaching adult English learners, focusing on workplace grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. They assess individual learning needs, tailor lessons accordingly, and foster active classroom participation. Committed to excellence, they stay updated on the latest teaching methods and materials. 

We conduct quarterly meetings with management to review learner progress and gather feedback. Our performance evaluations assess language proficiency, highlight key indicators of training effectiveness.  If needed, we adjust the program to better meet company and employee needs.

Participants first take an evaluation to determine their CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2. B2), the universal scale for English proficiency. B2 indicates professional proficiency, while C1 and above reflect native-like fluency. A C1 level or higher is essential for working effectively in an English-only or multilingual environment.
